Michael J. Dunigan, D.C. - Center Director
Dr. Dunigan, a 1992 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Chiropractic, is the owner and director of the Shamokin Dam Health Center & Workplace Injury Institute. He recognized the need for a multidisciplinary facility in the area, and created one. Dr. Dunigan specializes in preventative medicine, rehabilitation, and work-related injuries. He aims to help patients live the highest quality of life possible.
Bruce H. Levin, M.D. – Interventional Pain Management Doctor
Dr. Levin, a 1984 graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. Through extensive and unique clinical experiences, Dr. Levin is able to recognize and treat an array of disorders. As an interventional pain management specialist, he aims to understand and treat the cause of pain, and not mask the feeling itself. He focuses on rehabilitation, and non-narcotic pain relief to avoid unnecessary surgeries. By performing thorough evaluations, Dr. Levin constructs effective and individualized health care plans for each patient.
Terry B. Laubach, D.C. – Chiropractor
Dr. Laubach is a graduate of Lycoming College and a 2017 graduate of New York Chiropractic College. His focus in rehabilitative techniques combine both medicinal and restorative schools of thought. With certifications in nutrition and adjunctive procedures, Dr. Laubach aims to facilitate the body in healing itself.
Pasquale A. Colavita, D.O. – Physical Medicine Specialist
Dr. Colavita is board certified and a diplomate of the American Academy of Osteopathic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He focuses on physical medicine and nerve conduction.
Heather Hoot, B.S. Rehabilitation Specialist
Heather Hoot, a 1998 graduate of Lock Haven University, is the center’s rehab specialist. She both heals and prepares patients for optimal job performance by performing screenings that measure their physical capabilities.
Danielle Crosby, A.A.B. Licensed Massage Therapist
Danni is a LMT and uses the techniques of: Swedish, pre-natal, deep-tissue, and hot stone massage. She also provides therapeutic massages and reflexology. She is also a level 2 Rieki.
Nathan Savidge, B.A. Director of Marketing/Community Liaison
Nathan Savidge, a 2015 graduate of Susquehanna University, works with local businesses, law firms, and government agencies to help provide preventative and occupational medical services to injured workers.
Seth Confer, B.A. Patient Coordinator
Seth Confer, a 2014 graduate of Susquehanna University, manages the office and performs minor treatments on patients.
Elli Kashuba, Practice Manager – Dr. Levin
Elli Kashuba is Dr. Levin’s practice manager. She works closely with: patients, attorneys, and doctors alike to facilitate an efficient level of care.
